Nuoweite is the manufacturing company behind the Rovate brand. Based in Wenzhou, China, we are a professional sanitaryware manufacturer specializing in the development and production of shower panels, shower sets, and faucets.

Rovate was established in 2012 and has accumulated more than 15 years of manufacturing experience in the sanitaryware industry. The company currently operates two production lines with 66 employees and a 3,800㎡ manufacturing facility, with a monthly production capacity of up to 30,000 sets. In 2025, the company achieved annual revenue of more than US$20 million.

We currently hold CE and CUPC certifications, and our products are widely sold in markets including the United States, Europe, South America, India, and the Middle East. We provide global customers with stable sanitaryware supply and professional manufacturing services.

Factory Production & Quality Inspection

Rovate always follows the principle: “Stable Cooperation Starts with Stable Quality.” We believe that long-term cooperation is built on consistent product quality. Therefore, from raw material inspection and production to final testing and packaging, every production stage and component follows strict quality control standards.

1. Raw Material & Surface Quality Inspection

After entering the machining, polishing, and assembly processes, all components undergo strict visual inspection. We carefully check surfaces for scratches, dents, stains, and other defects that may affect the appearance of the product. Any components that do not meet our quality requirements are removed from the production process.

2. Component Function Testing

For products equipped with functional components, we conduct individual tests on key parts, including LED lights, temperature displays, and hand showers. These tests ensure that each functional component operates properly and meets the required product specifications.

3. Final Water Testing

Once all components have been assembled, the complete product set undergoes water testing. We check water flow, connections, and sealing performance under actual water conditions to ensure proper operation and identify any potential leakage issues.

4. Final Surface & Assembly Quality Inspection

After water testing, we wipe away water marks from the product surface and use imported 99 oil to further clean the surface and remove residual stains from the production and testing processes. This also helps reduce the risk of surface oxidation caused by residual moisture. The product is then inspected again to ensure that no new scratches or other surface defects have occurred during assembly.

5. Final Packaging

Only products that pass all inspections proceed to the packaging stage. After the final inspection, each product is placed in a non-woven protective bag, followed by foam cushioning and outer packaging in a brown carton. This packaging process helps reduce the risk of impact and scratches during transportation.

Product Development & Customization Solution

Based on each customer's market requirements and product specifications, Nuoweite's professional shower system and faucet design team works closely with customers to develop and customize products, covering product structure, appearance, and functional configuration.

1. Professional Design & Product Development

Nuoweite has three professional designers specializing in shower systems and faucets. Based on specific customer requirements, our design team can develop products according to appearance preferences, product differentiation, local market conditions, and packaging dimensions. While meeting functional and application requirements, we also optimize product structures and packaging solutions to help customers control product and transportation costs.

2. Product Differentiation & Market Adaptation

Different markets have different product requirements. We work with customers to adjust product appearance, structure, and functional configurations according to their target market and product positioning. Through differentiated product design, we help customers develop products that better fit local market needs. Nuoweite has also carried out continuous R&D on shower panel appearance and structure and has developed patented products designed to meet market requirements while making better use of available bathroom space.

3. Small-Batch Customization & Market Testing

In addition to standard product customization, we support small-batch customized orders. For customers who want to develop their own products but need to test the market first, small-batch production can help reduce initial investment and allow product adjustments based on market feedback. This approach enables customers to validate product demand before gradually increasing their purchasing volume.

4. Logo & Packaging Customization

Nuoweite also supports customers in developing their own brands. We have our own laser printing equipment, allowing customers to add their brand logos directly to products. We also support customized packaging, including packaging design and size adjustments. By combining product, logo, and packaging customization, we help customers develop product lines with their own brand identity.
